Sub-objective 1: Build linkages with NTP and local stakeholders
1.1: Advocacy meeting at township level
1.2: Quarterly coordination meeting at township level
1.3: Monthly coordination meeting at RHC level
Sub-objective 2: Strengthen community mobilization for TB care and prevention
2.1: Conduct volunteer training
2.2: Forming Village Health Committee (VHC)
2.3: Conduct community health education
2.4: Commemorate World TB Day Activities
Sub-objective 3: Enhance case finding in hard-to-reach areas and support for treatment success
3.1: Implement presumptive TB referral
3.2: Organize Sputum Collection Center (SCC)
3.3: Conduct home based care and Contact Tracing
3.4: Support TB patient (Transportation and care package)

Sub-objective 4: Ensure sustainable TB care by building linkages and collaboration with all care providers
4.1: Develop sustainable transition plan with local health system and NTP
4.2: Link with all care providers and handover project activities to all care providers

Sub-objective 5: Conduct research
5.1: Collaborate research in the project areas in collaboration with Challenge TB Project.
